It’s the perfect place for groomsmen, corporate retreats, or groups to gather before or after a Chadwater event.

What To Know

In addition to the rental rate, a $1,000 damage deposit is collected one month before the event. It is 100% refundable within 10 business days of the event provided that the House Rules are followed by the Group and all vendors.

Cash, check, and money orders are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted.
